Scoreboard | Last updated: June 2025
Scoreboard is built on one core principle: your data stays on your device. No personal information is collected, stored, or transmitted to any external server by the developer.
All app data — including scores, player names, settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage (SharedPreferences and local file storage). This data never leaves your device.
This app may request the following permissions:
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Local Network (Wi-Fi) | Discover and pair with a second device on the same network for remote control. No internet used; no data leaves your local network. |
| Audio | Play in-app sound effects. The microphone is never accessed. |
You can revoke any permission at any time in your device's Settings. Revoking a permission disables the associated feature but does not affect your stored data.
The app uses open-source packages and platform services that do not collect personal data on behalf of the developer:
This app does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected at all, this app is safe for use in educational settings for all ages.
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. When updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
